| The grill arrived today after only three days in transit. Williams-Sonoma's shipping rocks! Everything was looking good as I unwrapped the packaging. I picked up some chicken on the way home with dreams of grillin' tonight. |
|
| Here's another shot of the grill, this time, opened up. You can see the AromaScenter© in the center of the grill's base and the removable nonstick aluminum grill is dishwasher safe. |
|
| Here is the AromaScenter©. I put some garlic and rosemary in here to flavor the chicken. This will heat up while cooking and release flavors into the air, not only does it smell good, but it infuses the food with the essence of the herbs. |

The chicken ended up being pretty good. I also grilled up some small white potatoes basted with olive oil and sprinkled with salt and pepper. Check out those professional looking cross hatch grill marks, pretty fancy huh? That's my salad on the side, just some organic romaine hearts with hearts of palm, blue cheese dressing and pepper. |

Tomorrow night I'm gonna make those dogs I've been longing for.
In case you want to know, the dogs will be Bunsize Ball Park Beef Franks on Top Sliced Pepperidge Farm Frankfurter Rolls with Heluva Good Colby Jack Cheese, Heinz Ketchup and Hellmanns Dijonnaise Mustard. I am also gonna make some Ore-Ida Golden Crinkle Cut Potatoes.
